1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1   These Terms & Conditions, together with the bn555 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any specific game rules published on the platform, collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and bn555 (the "Agreement").

2.2   By completing the registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, or continuing to use the bn555 platform after any published amendment to these Terms, you irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by the Agreement in full.

2.3   The Agreement supersedes any prior representations, understandings, or agreements — written or oral — between you and bn555, to the extent they conflict with these Terms.

2.4   bn555 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1   To be eligible to hold an Account with bn555, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction;
• Not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Not be a current or former employee, director, officer, or agent of bn555 or any of its affiliates;
• Not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from bn555 for any reason;
• Be acting as principal on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

3.2   bn555 conducts age verification at the point of registration and again as part of the KYC process prior to processing any withdrawal. Verification methods may include submission of a government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), a utility bill, or other documents satisfactory to bn555.

3.3   Where bn555 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 21, it will suspend that Account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently close the Account if the suspicion is confirmed. Any deposits made by an under-age player will be returned; winnings will be forfeited.

3.4   It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of bn555 complies with any laws applicable in their country or province of residence. bn555 makes no representation that the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

4 Accounts & Registration

4.1   Each person may hold only one (1) bn555 Account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.

4.2   You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at any subsequent point where bn555 requests updated details. bn555 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3   You must keep your Account login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify bn555 immediately via live chat or the support email.

4.4   bn555 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

4.5   Accounts are personal to the registered Player and are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any of the funds, credits, or items within it.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1   All financial transactions on bn555 are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, and Meezan Bank. bn555 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable prior notice.

5.2   Deposits are credited to the Player's Wallet as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment provider. bn555 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instantaneous; bank transfers may take up to one business day.

5.3   Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have passed KYC verification;
• The requested amount must not exceed the verified real-money balance (exclusive of pending bonus wagering requirements);
• The withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible, as an anti-fraud measure;
• bn555 may process withdrawals in tranches where the requested amount exceeds standard transaction limits of the relevant payment provider.

5.4   bn555 targets a withdrawal processing time of 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and one business day for bank transfers. These are target timeframes and not guaranteed service level commitments; actual times depend on the payment provider.

5.5   bn555 applies zero platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are outside bn555's control and are the Player's responsibility.

5.6   Deposits must originate from payment instruments legally owned and controlled by the registered Player. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, using another person's payment credentials, or any other form of payment fraud will result in permanent Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1   bn555 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, tournament entry credits, and other promotional awards ("Promotions") to eligible Players. Each Promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement and take precedence over this section where they conflict.

6.2   Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a stated number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each Promotion is clearly stated in the individual offer terms.

6.3   bn555 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to withhold, cancel, or claw back any Bonus Funds — and any winnings derived from them — if bn555 determines that:

• The Player obtained the Promotion in breach of the eligibility criteria;
• The Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil Wagering Requirements without genuine exposure;
• Multiple accounts have been used to claim the same Promotion;
• The Player has provided false information in connection with the Promotion.

6.4   Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new Players only. Existing Players who close and re-register an account are not entitled to new-player offers.

6.5   The expiry date for claiming or using any Promotion will be stated in the individual offer terms. Unclaimed or unmet bonus conditions after expiry will result in the automatic removal of the Bonus Funds from the Account without compensation.

7 Games & Betting Rules

7.1   All casino games on bn555 that use a random number generator operate on software that has been certified by an independent testing laboratory as compliant with applicable standards for fairness and statistical randomness. 8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1   The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account per person, household, IP address, or device fingerprint;
• Identity fraud: Registering with false or third-party identity information;
• Payment fraud: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer context;
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Arbitrage and bonus exploitation: Systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value without genuine play;
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting a technical fault, pricing error, or software glitch — winnings arising from exploited errors will be voided;
• Money laundering: Using bn555 accounts to deposit, layer, or withdraw proceeds of crime. bn555 has a legal obligation to report suspicious transactions.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

10.1   All content on the bn555 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, software code, and the bn555 brand name and trademarks — is the property of bn555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bn555 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10.3   You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bn555 platform without prior written consent from bn555.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bn555 and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or potential winnings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Service interruptions, delays, or technical failures;
• Actions of third-party payment providers;
• Losses caused by your reliance on information on the platform.

11.2   bn555's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, for any cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

11.3   Nothing in these Terms limits bn555's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Data & Privacy

12.1   bn555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the bn555 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

12.2   bn555 uses player data for purposes including account administration, KYC and fraud prevention, personalisation of the gaming experience, customer support, and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. bn555 does not sell personal data to third parties for their independent commercial use.

12.3   All connections to bn555 are secured by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Player passwords are stored in hashed form and are not accessible by bn555 staff.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1   Players may close their Account at any time by contacting bn555 support via live chat or email. Pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds will be processed before the Account is fully closed. Bonus balances are forfeited on Account closure.

13.2   bn555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within the specified timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider;
• Court order or regulatory direction.

13.3   Where an Account is closed by bn555 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance in the Account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the breach is confirmed. bn555 will provide written notification of the reason for closure where legally permissible to do so.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1   These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of bn555's operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under any mandatory local laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

14.2   In the event of a dispute arising under these Terms, the Player should first contact bn555's customer support team. bn555 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a written complaint submitted to [email protected].

14.3   Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, escalation options will be communicated to the Player at the conclusion of the internal process.

15 Amendments to These Terms

15.1   bn555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bn555 will notify registered Players via the contact details on file at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, where practicable.

15.2   Your continued use of the bn555 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

15.3   The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at bn555.lat/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
